Nigel Eastaugh
Owner and Director
Nigel is a highly motivated and versatile leader and team member with current SC/MV clearance, proficient and effective in a variety of disciplines, he able to respond and adapt quickly to changing requirements and circumstances. A methodical, pragmatic problem solver and trained facilitator who energises and motivates individuals and teams to achieve goals.
Nigel's experience is derived from a full and varied operational policing career, supplimented by time spent in the private sector and in support staff middle and senior managment positions with the Metropolitan Police Service. An efficient and effective project and service manager, Nigel combines practical experience with industry recognised certification.
A specialist ANPR subject matter expert, Nigel possesses a unique skills portfolio from camera infrastructure design and build to management system development, delivery and management. Nigel developed, formed and managed the ANPR Technical Services team for the Metropolitan Police Service, providing a dedicated rapid response to operational need on a national basis. The team provded key support to major events including the Commonwealth Games in Scotland and the Notting Hill Carnival.
Nigel was responsible for the provision and maintenance of electronic security for buildings owned and operated by the Metropoltan Police across London.
Nigel has used his energy and skills in a number of voluntary roles, working for Watford Football Club as a coach in the club's "Football in the Community" programme, Chairman of Parmiter's School Parent Teacher Association, Secretary and Football Development Officer for Cassiobury Rangers YFC. More recently he has been a member of the aircraft cleaning team at RAF Museum, Hendon.
Nigel enjoys a range of country pursuits as well as walking and skiiing. He is a keen cricket and football supporter, following the fortunes of Watford FC, Surrey and Yorkshire County Cricket Clubs. Nigel is an accomplished amateur artist, he has exhibited paintings and drawings at The Imperial War Museum Duxford, The De Havilland Museum, Watford Library and St Albans Town Hall.
